We arrange the agreed dispatch and provide the available tracking or cargo details. Prepare the documents and destination clearance required for your shipment.

Courier · door to door
Trackable service from one master box, subject to destination coverage and acceptance of the selected products. Destination import charges are not automatically included.
Air cargo · airport to airport
Often suitable from approximately 100 volumetric kilograms, or around six master boxes depending on packing. Confirm the actual packing, airport, destination logistics contact and customs broker in your quotation.
Other road or local transport arrangements may be used where agreed. The specific operator, service and delivery responsibilities must be stated in the proforma; charging for products and freight does not by itself define the transfer of risk.

Preparation estimate
Standard preparation is estimated at approximately 1–14 days, depending on stock, color, finish, complexity and packing. Custom developments or reprocessing of natural products may require longer.
Transit estimate
International transit is estimated at approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch. Route, carrier operations, customs and inspections can change this estimate.
These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tell us about an urgent request before payment so we can check feasibility and available alternatives.
Destination requirements
Plan the import,
not just the freight.
We welcome inquiries from the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern markets, Australia, Japan, Central America, South America and other destinations. Product eligibility, service coverage and import requirements are checked individually. For European inquiries, contact the team for the appropriate supply channel.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer pays destination duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, inspections, clearance and other nationalization costs. Confirm the consignee details and requirements before approving dispatch.
Shipment protection
Confirm the applicable coverage.
Courier shipments are arranged with the full invoice value declared and the associated shipment-protection option. Coverage, exclusions, claim deadlines and any compensation limits follow the applicable service documents; this is not an unconditional promise of full reimbursement.
Agency cargo, airline and road services do not include separately contracted insurance unless expressly confirmed in writing. The relevant transport conditions are identified for the service used; they do not replace the seller’s obligations or mandatory rights.
Bank-transfer charges are paid by the customer. Credit-card or PayPal processing charges, where applicable, are included in the proforma. Binding payment, cancellation, warranty, claims and transport terms are set out in Terms & Policies and the accepted proforma.
