Protect the natural material
Sudden temperature or humidity changes can create condensation. Roses and stems may absorb moisture or release preservation fluid. Protect surrounding surfaces, carefully remove released fluid without rough handling and keep the product in stable indoor conditions. Contact the team if the condition persists.
Preserved products can release pigment. Avoid direct contact with textiles and separate strong colors from white and light products. If staining occurs, follow the textile manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
Care and coverage
Well-cared-for preserved roses may remain attractive for years, but appearance over time depends on the product, environment and handling. No fixed lifespan in use is guaranteed.
Warehouse color-stability coverage lasts 12 months from dispatch from the farm, subject to proper storage and the complete conditions and exclusions in Terms & Policies. It is not a guarantee of lifespan in use.
